Neville is a very experienced and helpful person it was great to work with him we really appreciated when he came to us with all paperwork and arranged viewing times for us on request.

Neville knew what he was doing, and as a result made our journey as vendors very simple at every step of the way. We sold our property from the other side of the country, but Neville was in touch constantly but unobtrusively to make sure everything was running smoothly. Plenty of good advice but it was clear that he was first and foremost listening to the vendors. Maybe we're biassed by a very rapid sale at well above our expected price, but he certainly delivered on what we were hoping for and more.

Selling (and buying) a house is a stressful time for all involved. We were also moving to another city and hopefully a new job. Neville guided us through the process of selling, dealing with Open Homes, lawyers and prospective purchasers. Neville was the real estate agent who sold the house we were renting. As a tenant majority of the time (in my experience) real estate agents don't really care about you or your situation but not Neville. He was very caring, kind, and sympathetic. My wife has extremely high anxiety and he did all he could to accommodate this by making the process smooth and easy to cope with, even setting up a covid scanning QR code for open homes. Neville went the extra mile for us even helping out with the weed eating!!
